Job Title: Controllership Specialist

Job Description

This role involves working with the controllership team to identify areas for process improvement and implementing automation to increase efficiency.

You will analyze existing processes, work with data and product teams to design financial processes, and contribute to the maintenance of Nubank's core products.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, and experience in banking products including credit cards, lending, checking accounts, or financial instruments.

They should possess strong analytical skills, strategic planning capabilities, and adaptable communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

In addition, they should have knowledge of local accounting regulations in Brazil (BR), Mexico (MX), or Colombia (COL) and desirable knowledge in programming languages such as SQL, Scala, and Python.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our Work Model

We operate on a hybrid model with cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of expertise. For every eight or twelve weeks of remote work, one will be at the office.
