Senior Product Growth Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Growth Engineer to spearhead our cross-product impact initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving innovation and growth across multiple product domains, leveraging their expertise in AI-driven experiences and experimentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and iterating on novel AI-enhanced workflows and experiments that represent the cutting edge of technology
  • Building performant React components and working with Laravel backend following DDD patterns to create robust, scalable features
  • Rapidly setting up A/B tests and feature variations, prototyping new experiences to drive user value, and helping us learn and iterate on growth strategies

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong PostgreSQL skills including query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning for multi-tenant SaaS applications
  • Experience building for experimentation and metrics-driven iteration, with a track record of breaking down complex problems into testable proofs-of-concept and rapid experiments
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills, proven ability to work effectively with marketing, product, and design teams
