Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

As a seasoned Clinical Project Manager, you will oversee the full scope of clinical trial projects from start-up through analysis phase. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate clinical trial projects including organization, implementation, and management of scoped activities.
About the Job:This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team in managing clinical trials. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, implement, evaluate, and complete full execution of assigned clinical trials. You will also set goals and timelines, provide oversight and foster motivation within the team to accomplish goals within the defined timelines and with high quality in the execution of assigned clinical trials.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in clinical research or related fields. A Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage full scope clinical trial projects from start-up through analysis phase, including oversight of team members on clinical trials.
- Goal Setting and Timelines: Set goals and timelines, provide oversight and foster motivation within the team to accomplish goals within the defined timelines and with high quality in the execution of assigned clinical trials.
- Operational Oversight: Provide oversight and coordination of the operational aspects of the functional areas on assigned projects to ensure compliance with ICH guidelines, GCP, applicable regulatory guidelines, and trial procedures.
- Implementation: Implement project activities according to scope of contracted work.
- Team Oversight: Oversee CRA tasks, site management, and data monitoring.
- Budget Management: Manage project budget and scope, working with the Director for corrective actions and scope changes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research or related fields.
- A Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is preferred.
