Effective management of clinical trial operations is critical to the success of any research project. The role of Clinical Trial Operations Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain clinical trial databases and trackers
  • Coordinate the collection, distribution, and archiving of clinical documents, including the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date clinical trial documentation, such as study tools and protocols
  • Ensure regulatory compliance through coordination with investigators and regulatory agencies
  • Support meeting planning and coordination, including local investigator meetings
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of clinical research management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in clinical information systems and software applications
