Cloud Security Expert Wanted

Do you have a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, combined with exceptional interpersonal skills?

AWS is seeking a specialized Cloud Security Expert to work with our largest financial services customers. In this vital role, you will help overcome barriers to AWS adoption by identifying and tackling major security, risk, and compliance questions from stakeholders within financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help identify and address security risks in cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to develop controls and educate auditors on third-party supplier arrangements.
  • Develop high-quality technical content to assist customers in deploying secure cloud-based solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CIO/CISO/CRO and policy approvers.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in computer science or related discipline.
  • Experience as an auditor or risk advisor to financial services firms.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Services, preferably Amazon Web Services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

  • Application development experience with working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
