The team is seeking an exceptional AI Engineering talent to drive progress in the development of AI models and overall AI architecture.

They operate with agility and emphasize proactivity, communication, collaboration, ownership, technical excellence, and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build multi-agent AI systems and production-ready agentic backends.
  • Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Apply advanced prompt engineering, grounding, and context management techniques.
  • Work across the full agent execution cycle: reasoning, planning, action, and feedback.
  • Contribute across the stack using TypeScript.
  • Lead model fine-tuning and development of scalable AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience building multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, Langflow).
  • Experience with production-grade agentic backends, including monitoring, memory management, and logging.
  • Strong expertise building RAG-based systems.
  • Deep understanding of the agent execution lifecycle: knowledge/context handling, reasoning, planning, actions, and feedback.
  • Experience fine-tuning models for specific tasks and domains.
  • Deep knowledge of prompt engineering, model grounding, and effective context management.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript.
  • Strong awareness of emerging tools and libraries in the TypeScript ecosystem.

Nice to Have:

  • Solid understanding of linear algebra, differential math, statistics, and AI-focused computer science algorithms.
  • Experience across the entire AI development cycle: from data discovery and exploratory analysis to model development, testing, pipeline creation, and MLOps.
  • Background working in Azure-based MLOps workflows.
  • Experience working in start-up or fast-paced environments.
  • React 18 - 19.
