We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to fill the role of Debt Capital Markets Analyst. As an analyst, you will play a critical role in advising clients on various fixed income products and their capital structure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with our fixed income clients, analyzing their capital structure needs and potential solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the bank and institutional investor universe and the trends that impact these pools of capital.
- Originate, market, structure, and execute fixed income transactions.
- Learn how our many financial products can be used in concert to provide a comprehensive solution to the client.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Excellent relationship management skills through superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to simultaneously manage numerous tasks and deadlines.
- A strong team player who can contribute to a positive working environment.
