We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Management professional to lead global workforce planning and administration for our e-commerce customer service, seller support, and creator support operations sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to ensure the right number of staff available at the right time.
  • Administer workforce management processes, including forecasting, planning, scheduling, and real-time monitoring and performance analysis.
  • Create data models to forecast business volume, set up capacity models & plans, and determine the optimum one by balancing customer experience, employee experience, and cost effectiveness.
  • Design shift schedules, manage day-to-day production, coordinate with operation teams, and adjust plans quickly in response to unexpected changes in moderation volumes or absenteeism.

Responsibilities also include monitoring operational performance, evaluating schedules to meet incoming volumes, and analyzing performance statistics and financial results to ensure optimum productivity and results.

Requirements">

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Workforce Management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.

Preferred qualifications include experience with workforce management software and systems, knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and certification in areas such as Six Sigma or project management.
