Lead Quality Assurance Manager

This role is perfect for an experienced professional looking to take their skills to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive people and resource management in projects.
  • Hire and onboard new employees aligned with demands and requirements.
  • Manage teams according to 'optimal employee development and resource utilization.'
  • Oversee people processes and people development.
  • Collaborate globally with site QA teams.
  • Drive change management according to ambitious project strategies.
  • Ensure constructive and value-adding quality oversight.
  • Sponsor project deliverables within allocated work packages.
  • Create, develop, and challenge overall project plans for effective systems and processes.
  • Guarantee effective business performance to reach targets and key deliverables within deadlines.
  • Prioritize occupational health and safety as part of business performance.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote strong communication and knowledge sharing across departments and with suppliers and engineering partners.
  • Ensure quality and compliance.
  • Establish the right quality mindset in the project.
Qualifications:
  • A strong background in quality assurance, people management, and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, global collaboration abilities, and a dedicated focus on quality and compliance.
  • Fluency in English (differential).
  • Background in pharmacy, engineering, or related sciences.
