Job Title: Employment Law Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled employment law expert to provide strategic advice on all aspects of employment law, including hiring practices, employment contracts, terminations, and benefits. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of local, regional, and international employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide authoritative guidance on employment law matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, consultancy contracts, and other related legal documents.
  • Manage employment disputes and litigation, coordinating with external counsel as needed.
  • Develop and update internal policies and procedures to reflect current legal requirements and best practices.
  • Deliver training and guidance to HR and management teams on employment law matters and compliance.
  • Monitor changes in employment legislation and advise on potential impacts to the organization.
  • Handle cross-border employment matters, including expatriate arrangements and global mobility programs.
  • Advise on classification of workers, especially in the gig economy context.
  • Collaborate with HR, compliance, and operations teams to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in law or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employment law, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of local, regional, and international employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
