About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer to join our Swarovski Academy team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and recording ILT trainings on brand, product, service, and sales, as well as clienteling, styling, specialist skills, and soft skills.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of professional training experience in luxury retail
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Advanced level of Portuguese and English
  • Spanish is a plus
