Senior Business Intelligence Developer

The role of a Senior Business Systems Analyst is critical in driving business transformation through process optimization, innovative technology and data analytics solutions.
As a key member of the Legal and Corporate Affairs department, this position will play a crucial role in leading business systems analysis and process design of internal initiatives representing LCA business functions.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process and technical design.
- Proven Salesforce Platform hands-on configuration experience, including meaningful experience with ServiceCloud, SalesCloud, DataCloud, Einstein/Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Slack, Tableau, Mulesoft and Org level administration.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, including proficiency with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, and experience with Tableau CRM, Tableau Cloud), Data Cloud, Snowflake and/or similar tools.
- Experience in software development lifecycle and release management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in project leadership/management and agile scrum methodology.
- Salesforce Sys Admin and other Salesforce platform certifications.
