Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing legal advice and guidance to management and staff
- Reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements
- Conducting research and analyzing complex legal issues
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Representing the company in legal matters
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a lawyer
- Strong understanding of commercial law and contract law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
