As a Principal Platform Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation of our customers' ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will be crucial in designing solutions that drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their digital transformation vision and translate goals into actionable outcomes.
  • Develop architectural blueprints that align with industry best practices and ensure long-term success.
  • Manage technical governance and delivery operating models to ensure instance health and reduce technical debt.
  • Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.
  • Contribute to the development of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
  • Management consulting experience and ability to travel up to 80%.
  • Comfort running programs independently within a fast-paced environment and ability to relay complex information to diverse audiences.
  • ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow and industry domain expertise.
  • Large program experience leading architecture and design, as well as enterprise architecture experience.
