Senior Technical Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Leader to oversee the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level applications.
  • Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements and priorities.
  • Mentor and coach engineers to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices for software development.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and technical strategy discussions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Work closely with quality assurance to identify and resolve defects.
  • Implement performance monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Plan and execute technical debt reduction initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain desktop applications using C#/.NET, WPF, and Win32.
  • Integrate authentication (OAuth 2.0, SAML, Azure AD) and enterprise security features.
  • Optimize multi-threaded applications for high-volume document processing.
  • Maintain legacy codebases while guiding modernization efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, leadership, or both.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
