- Educational Background**: A bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field is required.
- Communication Skills**: Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Collaboration**: The ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees, including senior management, is vital.
- Technical Proficiency**: Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), LinkedIn learning, Rippling, and other training technologies is necessary.
- Analytical Tools**: Experience using data analytical tools such as Microsoft Suite is preferred.
