Key Role in Integrated Business IT Department

The role of an IT Operations Specialist is crucial within the Integrated Business IT department. This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless business operations and driving innovation.



Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve finance processes, with a focus on the Controlling & Material ledger area.

  • Develop strategies and technologies to drive innovation projects, leveraging expertise in Service & Support Management.

  • Lead demand & change management in the Record to Report (RtR) area, evaluating support requests and deciding on changes and projects.

  • Present solutions, including new technologies, and provide business analysis and functional specifications.

  • Act as a sparring partner and service key users, while also serving as a supporting partner in the region.

  • Provide training and enhance the knowledge of users and key users.

  • You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude, bringing new ideas to the table individually and together with your colleagues.

  • Work well in cross-functional teams, taking responsibility and making decisions with a hands-on mentality, structured approach, and analytical skills.

Requirements
  • A degree in Finance, IT, or business administration, or a similar field.

  • Economic and/or technical education.

  • Relevant working experience in SAP (FI & CO module).

  • Experience in Controlling and Material ledger processes.

  • Experience and knowledge working with Consolidation, IFRS15/16 & S/4HANA.
