Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our HR systems, payroll operations, and compliance platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the management and continuous improvement of our HR technology solutions, ensuring compliance and data integrity across all systems.

  • Ensure compliance and data integrity across all HR technology solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Over 10 years of related experience in HR technology or payroll operations
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
  • In-depth understanding of payroll operations and HR processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
