We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to play a critical role in our financial planning, analysis, and decision support team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating financial models, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights to guide business strategies and decision-making processes.
- Create and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary on financial performance.
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure accuracy.

Key Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in a financial planning, analysis, or a related financial role.
- Experience working within FP&A for a fast-growing organization is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
