Job Description

As a seasoned DevOps professional, you will play a pivotal role in our company's mission to revolutionize the way the world moves. Our team is comprised of innovative and collaborative individuals who are passionate about leveraging technology to drive change.

This role will involve working with an international team to provide technical expertise and leadership in DevOps methodology. You will be responsible for implementing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and observability tools, and ensuring the smooth operation of our digital electronics software vertical.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of containerization using Docker, orchestration using Kubernetes, and experience with cloud tooling and best practices. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Continuous Integration/Deployment build principles.
  • Develop and maintain automated build and configuration management tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Provide expert-level support for our digital electronics software vertical.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering.
  • Strong experience with Linux, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in full Docker container lifecycle from Dockerfile best practices to Kubernetes pod execution.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining automated build and configuration management tools (Ansible, Helm, Kustomize, Terraform, or Gitlab preferred).

Other Duties:

  • Support and improve tooling for continuous build, automated testing and release management.
  • Ability to build, maintain, and run workloads on Kubernetes orchestration systems using docker.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of cloud tooling and best practices (AWS preferred).
  • Make technology choices at an individual product level and has the ability to analyze and measure impact.
