DevOps Expertise Wanted

  • We are looking for an exceptional DevOps professional to drive technical excellence in our international team.
  • The successful candidate will provide leadership in implementing DevOps methodology, leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, SDLC, CI/CD, Cloud, Microservice Design, Agile Software Development, Application Profiling, Monitoring & Observability, and SRE response for our software solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Linux, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes, as well as expertise in Python, Shell, or Bash Scripting.
  • They will also be skilled in creating and maintaining automated build and configuration management tools (Ansible, Helm, Kustomize, Terraform, or Gitlab preferred).
  • The DevOps expert will be responsible for researching and proposing new solutions for CI/CD based on best practices, balancing value propositions of modern tools and integration in product teams for attributable business value.
  • They will influence through others and create a coalition of support for new and modified processes, tap into organizational knowledge to prevent rework, and continuously reflect on successes and failures to improve performance and decision-making.
  • Able to effectively direct and mentor others in critical thinking skills, demonstrate a passion and drive for self-improvement of technical skillsets, proactively engage with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices.
  • The DevOps expert will work closely with an international team and contribute to the DevOps workflow for critical product teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Linux, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Expertise in Python, Shell, or Bash Scripting
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining automated build and configuration management tools (Ansible, Helm, Kustomize, Terraform, or Gitlab preferred)
  • Ability to research and propose new solutions for CI/CD based on best practices
