Ocean Policy Project Manager

The Ocean Policy Team seeks a skilled Coordinator to manage daily operations, coordinate meetings, and assess program impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Day-to-day management and coordination of the team, including coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and assessing program impact.
- Assisting team members in developing proposals, writing grant reports, and designing national, regional, and global policy workshops and events.
- Supporting the development and dissemination of internal and external communications, including drafting memos, presentations, and maintaining relevant websites.
- Establishing and maintaining administrative, workflow, and program/project monitoring and management systems.
- Providing support for routine contracts and billing, and organizing conference calls and team meetings.
- A high school or secondary school education.
- Related work experience of 2-4 years, preferably in conservation, NGO, or policy arenas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with solid attention to detail and research and proofreading skills.
- Highly organized with ability to track and coordinate multiple workstreams, partnerships, and projects.
- Ability to function well in a multicultural, diverse, and fast-paced work environment.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team member dedicated to the long-term growth and success of the Blue Climate program and Ocean Policy team.
