Job Description\

Primary Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Deliver comprehensive technical support for Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Atlassian Analytics.\
  • Configure and tailor Jira to meet business requirements through workflow management, permission schemes, notifications, automations, and service level agreements (SLAs).\
  • Design and maintain customized dashboards and reports using Jira Query Language (JQL), Custom Charts, and Atlassian Analytics.\
  • Integrate and manage various apps and plugins, such as ScriptRunner, Groovy, Custom Charts, Extension for Jira SM, External Data, Microsoft 365 for Jira, and Power BI Connector.\
  • Implement and maintain API integrations to connect Jira with other systems.\
  • Maintain log integrity and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve errors.\
  • Configure advanced features of Jira Service Management and Jira Software (Cloud).\
  • Utilize JQL to create sophisticated queries and reports.\
  • Automate and customize Jira using ScriptRunner.\
  • Stay abreast of ITSM, ITIL, and agile methodologies.\\Required Skills and Qualifications\
