
Technical Support Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive technical support for Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Atlassian Analytics.\
- Configure and tailor Jira to meet business requirements through workflow management, permission schemes, notifications, automations, and service level agreements (SLAs).\
- Design and maintain customized dashboards and reports using Jira Query Language (JQL), Custom Charts, and Atlassian Analytics.\
- Integrate and manage various apps and plugins, such as ScriptRunner, Groovy, Custom Charts, Extension for Jira SM, External Data, Microsoft 365 for Jira, and Power BI Connector.\
- Implement and maintain API integrations to connect Jira with other systems.\
- Maintain log integrity and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve errors.\
- Configure advanced features of Jira Service Management and Jira Software (Cloud).\
- Utilize JQL to create sophisticated queries and reports.\
- Automate and customize Jira using ScriptRunner.\
- Stay abreast of ITSM, ITIL, and agile methodologies.\\Required Skills and Qualifications\
