Energy Sustainability Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of a strategic renewable energy plan focused on delivering 100% renewable electricity solutions to customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a customer value proposition and enrollment process for both managed and non-managed meters, emphasizing financial and sustainability benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop energy management services and contribute to the development and rollout of new initiatives in Brasil.
- Project manage third-party suppliers providing EPC services for solar systems, qualified supply contract management, customer billing, and ongoing operations & maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in energy markets, energy trading, power contract negotiations, renewable development, or energy generation technologies.
- Strong understanding of electricity market design, federal and state regulatory rules, tariff structures, renewable energy, and environmental commodities.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to negotiate commercial pricing, contract terms, and other key terms.
