Cell Therapy Logistics Expert

As a Cell Therapy Supply Chain Logistics Associate, you will oversee the patient journey from screening through treatment across CAR-T therapies. You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure therapies reach patients as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support global patient supply operations by managing patient products from leukapheresis collection through drug product infusion.
  • Develop and improve SOPs, work instructions, and training materials for seamless end-to-end patient journeys.
  • Manage logistics providers responsible for transportation of patient material.
  • Maintain chain of custody (COC) and chain of identity (COI) measures throughout all patient journey activities.
  • Support clinical manufacturing organization (CMO) activities, including logistics support for patient-related material.
  • Manage clinical sites as primary point of contact for scheduling and general inquiries regarding patient journey activities.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 1-5 years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous industry experience in a biotech or pharma company.
