Our company seeks a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Junior Accounting Assistant Home Office to join our accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of trial balances and financial statements, executing and managing spreadsheets and accounting reports, performing expense classification and trial balances.
You will process accounts receivable and accounts payable write-offs in the tax module of the system, according to supporting documents provided by clients. Additionally, you will record, classify, reclassify, provision, and reverse accounting entries in the balance sheet areas assigned by the Senior/Supervisor. You will also process receipt write-offs, review and verify the accuracy of accounting records and reports, and provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent analytical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. You should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Manage and maintain accurate and detailed accounting records
- Perform general accounting tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
