About the Role
As a seasoned IT leader, we seek an accomplished professional to spearhead our company's technology strategy in line with business objectives. This pivotal role demands exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a high-performing IT team, overseeing performance, assigning tasks, and driving digital transformation through strategic planning and optimization.
  • Evaluate existing systems and propose innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and cost-effective delivery of software and hardware solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive IT projects, prioritizing timely delivery, budget control, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of security awareness, implementing robust data protection measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, including 2+ years in management, preferably in manufacturing or a similar environment.
  • Proven expertise in network architecture, database management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MES/OA system implementation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of IT frameworks, data compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
