IT Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Director to lead our organization's technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, manage the IT team, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the IT team, assign tasks, and oversee performance.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to enhance capabilities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide technical support and manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Lead IT projects to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.
  • Ensure stable operation of IT infrastructure, deployment, and maintenance of core systems.
  • Implement data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in management.
  • Proficient in network architecture, database management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
  • Knowledge of IT frameworks and data compliance.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
