Senior IT Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Director to lead our IT strategy and operations.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute our company's IT vision, driving business growth and efficiency.
  1. IT Leadership
  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects, leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.
  • Evaluate existing systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.
  1. Team Management & Collaboration
  • Manage and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide technical support, driving business success.
  1. Project Management
  • Lead complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with vendors, managing project budgets and resources.
  1. Security & Compliance
  • Formulate and implement information security policies, protecting against cyber threats and data breaches.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in senior IT leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing.
  3. Proven track record of delivering high-impact IT projects, driving business growth and efficiency.
  4. Strong knowledge of network architecture, database management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
  5. Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese and Chinese is an asset.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
