Chief Visual Coordinator

As an Art Producer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the production of high-quality art assets. This involves working closely with artists, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and to a satisfactory standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing effective workflows and processes to streamline production and improve efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Providing expert guidance and support to artists and designers to help them achieve their goals and meet deadlines.
• Managing budgets and resources to ensure that projects are completed within allocated timeframes and financial constraints.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve production processes and outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong understanding of art production processes and pipelines, including 3D modeling, texturing, and animation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies, including Blender, Maya, and Subversion.
• A passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
