Internal Communications Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our Communications department, you will be responsible for overseeing internal communications in our Sao Paulo office. This includes managing leadership announcements, internal campaigns, and specific requests from firm practices.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective internal communications strategies to engage employees across different departments and levels
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, such as partners and senior partners, to align projects and serve as the point of contact with external speakers
- Manage internal events, including content creation and coordination with the Managing Producer team
- Build and edit high-level content, adapting to diverse ideas and bringing together heterogeneous groups
- Ensure timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Literature, Publicity, Social Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in written and verbal communications, including video content production (desirable)
- Flexibility and experience working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent English skills, written and verbal
