About the Job

This role is focused on recruiting and relocating engineers to work in Sweden. You will be part of a global team and collaborate with Swedish colleagues to facilitate relocation arrangements.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage talented engineers interested in moving to Sweden.
  • BUILD strong relationships with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Collaborate with international recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics.
  • Ensure a seamless relocation process for employees, minimizing friction and delays.
  • Partner with clients across various industries, including software development, R&D, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, and online solutions.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with colleagues from multiple locations worldwide.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment or similar technical roles.
  • A robust network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to find innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and high-quality brand awareness.
  • Familiarity with headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
  • Upper-intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn quickly.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to identify recruitment needs.
  • Self-motivated, social, friendly, and highly resilient individual.
  • Possess a professional attitude, responsive to feedback, and maintain a relaxed demeanor under pressure.
Work Arrangements
  • Full-time position with a minimum 12-month contract.
  • Remote work or co-location center of choice.
  • Overtime compensation at a rate of 1:1 as flexible hours.
  • Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
