About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Analyst to lead strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives in Brazil.

You'll identify new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with key accounts, and drive NovaDAX's growth through innovative projects and tailored solutions for institutional clients.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, crypto projects, OTC partners, payment providers, and key ecosystem players in Brazil.
  • Drive user and revenue growth through local partnership channels, listings, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Support the onboarding of high-value clients and institutional accounts with tailored business solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of BD initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and local regulatory updates to propose new business opportunities.
  • Track, measure, and report on BD performance metrics and pipeline progress regularly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales—preferably in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian financial and crypto landscape.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (native) and English (professional working level).
