Job Description:

This role involves establishing and executing a regional multi-year procurement vision within a globally defined strategy. Key responsibilities include coordinating between procurement category management and group sites/affiliates located in LATAM, managing the procurement network on the corresponding perimeter, prioritizing actions, and piloting all related resources.

  • Develop and implement a strategic procurement plan to achieve business objectives.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends and make informed decisions to drive cost savings and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in procurement.
  • Fluent English, advanced Spanish.
  • Vision, collaboration, team working skills required.
  • Leadership and great communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
