Procurement Visionary for LATAM

Guerbet is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to spearhead our regional strategy in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year procurement vision that aligns with our globally defined strategy.

  • Strategic Planning: Coordinate with Procurement Category Management and Group Sites/Affiliates in LATAM to establish a solid foundation for our regional procurement network.
  • Network Development: Prioritize actions, manage resources, and pilot related initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Global Alignment: Feed our global organization with mid-term strategy inputs to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
  • Regional Execution: Establish and execute the multi-year strategy, working cross-functionally to support LATAM stakeholders on Quality, Delivery, Costs & Risks aspects.

You will also provide support and review action plans in key locations, represent the Procurement team in projects and business reviews, monitor procurement spend, and collaborate with Global Procurement to define target vendors and suppliers' footprint.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Procurement. Fluency in English and advanced Spanish skills are essential, along with leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
