LATAM Procurement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to assume responsibility for the procurement function in our LATAM region. As a key member of our global procurement team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our regional multi-year procurement strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of category management and global sourcing practices, as well as excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
- Evaluate and coordinate procurement activities with global sites and affiliates in LATAM.
- Develop and execute a multi-year procurement strategy aligned with our globally defined vision.
- Collaborate with global procurement teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Negotiate contracts for direct materials and indirect spends, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Fluent English and advanced Spanish language skills.
- Proven track record of delivering results-oriented procurement solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically.
