The Director, Global Sales is responsible for generating incremental sales primarily through new client acquisition from the LATAM source markets by growing relationships with luxury travel agencies and advisors, tour & wholesale partners, TMC and corporate clients, and niche clientele such as concierge & lifestyle companies – for transient and M&E business. This individual will focus on the overall management, productivity, and achievement of sales goals. This role will work closely with the Senior Director, Global Sales, AMER to ensure that their strategic sales priorities and booking strategy align with the properties' business needs, with a particular focus on domestic hotel growth, with soon to be 5 hotels in Mexico, and outbound hotel growth into top European markets/Rosewood hotels (including Madrid, Paris, London, etc.), while representing the full collection for sales and activation opportunities.
