Overview

Sales Director Opportunity · We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our expansion across the LATAM region. Build and close a qualified pipeline of $1m-$2m annual revenue across the LATAM region.

As the Sales Director - LATAM, you will be part of the global SDN/NFV Overlay Sales and Solution Support team, responsible for driving sales in the region and building a robust pipeline for the SDN/NFV business.

Responsibilities
  • Experience & Requirements: Sales Strategy Definition
  • Business Development Planning
  • Account Reviews and opportunity plan generation
  • Attend and lead sales meetings and opportunity qualification assessments
  • Management, Executive, and C-Level Meetings
  • Sales proposal inputs and reviews (RFx and Direct Bids)
  • Review and input for pricing (license & services), terms & conditions / contracts
  • Participate in deal negotiations
  • Industry event involvement (TMF, SDN World Congress, etc.) and customer engagement
  • Extensive travel required to work with customers
  • Develop existing relationships and experience working with ICT carriers in the region
Skills & Experience
  • Business consulting
  • Telecommunications industry knowledge
  • Solution selling of complex, high-value solutions
  • Sales proposal development
  • Effective cross-departmental and cross-cultural communication
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customer executives
  • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80-90%
Role Context

Regional scope includes LATAM with expected interactions at VP/GM/CMO/CIO/CTO levels; extensive travel and coordination with regional ICT carriers.
