Sales Director Opportunity · We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our expansion across the LATAM region. Build and close a qualified pipeline of $1m-$2m annual revenue across the LATAM region.
As the Sales Director - LATAM, you will be part of the global SDN/NFV Overlay Sales and Solution Support team, responsible for driving sales in the region and building a robust pipeline for the SDN/NFV business.
Responsibilities- Experience & Requirements: Sales Strategy Definition
- Business Development Planning
- Account Reviews and opportunity plan generation
- Attend and lead sales meetings and opportunity qualification assessments
- Management, Executive, and C-Level Meetings
- Sales proposal inputs and reviews (RFx and Direct Bids)
- Review and input for pricing (license & services), terms & conditions / contracts
- Participate in deal negotiations
- Industry event involvement (TMF, SDN World Congress, etc.) and customer engagement
- Extensive travel required to work with customers
- Develop existing relationships and experience working with ICT carriers in the region
- Business consulting
- Telecommunications industry knowledge
- Solution selling of complex, high-value solutions
- Sales proposal development
- Effective cross-departmental and cross-cultural communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with customer executives
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80-90%
Regional scope includes LATAM with expected interactions at VP/GM/CMO/CIO/CTO levels; extensive travel and coordination with regional ICT carriers.
