Our Associate Director, Evidence Strategy Lead will serve as a therapeutic and/or operational expert throughout the new business and program/project delivery lifecycle for our Real World Solutions group. This role is responsible for developing effective delivery strategies for large, complex, multi-region studies or programs, including mega studies, tailored to customer needs.
- Partner with Sales, Medical, Operations, and other teams to secure new business and meet revenue targets.
- Champion project centricity by ensuring project teams understand and implement the sold strategy.
- Assess and adjust strategies based on project progress and trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of global clinical research experience, including operational delivery or drug development.
- Up-to-date knowledge of services, clinical trial methodology, and real-world research.
- Broad therapeutic and protocol knowledge.
- Strong understanding of industry, drug development lifecycle, and regulatory standards.
