We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our global business.
Responsibilities:- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure timely updates of operational performance and track status reporting across North America. Support team members in entering operational information in a timely manner.
- Budgeting and Analysis: Assist delivery center directors in tracking operational information and budgets. Analyze operational and financial information to develop insights and suggest recommendations.
- Knowledge Sharing: Suggest sharing of artifacts, templates, and pre-sales assets with delivery center resources as requested.
- Quality Assurance: Review and analyze project delivery quality and recommend improvements. Assist in defining approach to report on early warning signs for project delivery.
- Training and Development: Assist in training project managers on new policies, methodologies, and approaches.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, PMO Associate, PMO Officer, PMO Coordinator, or PMO Assistant is beneficial. Experience in software project management is considered a plus.
- Skills: Capacity to learn constantly and find solutions and workarounds. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders. Very good competency with standard software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project). Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy in a time-pressed environment. Quality-focused individual with fluency in English.
