Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead sales process optimization for a specific market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map, analyze, and redesign workflows to improve business operations;
  • Examine process flows to identify operational gaps and develop solutions;
  • Project manage end-to-end process optimization, from requirements gathering and scoping to implementation and training;
  • Drive understanding and adoption of core processes among stakeholders by delivering clear communication and targeted training;
  • Define problem statements, collaborate with technical partners, and help implement process automations;
  • Develop and maintain reports to monitor sales tool usage and efficiency;
  • Support the evaluation and rollout of new tools and systems that can automate processes and scale effectively;
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business or customer operations, technical project management, or program management;
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset and curiosity, is comfortable working independently, and proactively solves problems by engaging directly with sales teams;
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Gong is strongly preferred; additional experience with tools such as Medallia, Calendly, and Outbound prospecting tools is a plus;
  • Skilled at establishing shared goals, aligning with and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience breaking down ambiguous data problems, surfacing actionable insights;
  • Highly organized, able to meet rigorous deadlines while balancing multiple priorities;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex topics and deliver effective presentations;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with Spanish proficiency a plus, to collaborate seamlessly with global and regional teams;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience;
