Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to lead our team in data-driven decision making. As a key member of our logistics operations department, you will be responsible for analyzing partner performance and providing actionable insights to inform business strategy.
In this role, you will work closely with our partners to identify areas for improvement and implement monitoring systems to track KPI performance. Your analytical skills and experience with data tools such as SQL and BI will be essential in driving business growth and optimizing operations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in 3PL logistics operations, with experience in last-mile delivery preferred. You will be able to demonstrate proactive ownership and communicate effectively with stakeholders through written and verbal English skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct root-cause analysis on partner performance and provide actionable insights for partner KPI model design.
- Implement monitoring systems for partner KPI performance with predictive risk modeling.
- Partners' performance assessment results output and settlement.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in 3PL logistics operations (last-mile focus preferred).
- Data-driven strategist with proficiency in analytical tools (SQL/BI).
- Proactive ownership demonstrated in dynamic work environments.
- Fluent English communication skills (written & verbal).
