Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of our logistics operations.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that all logistics operations are running smoothly and efficiently, meeting the high standards of our customers. This includes supervising and motivating your team, developing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. You will also need to have strong technical skills, including experience with inventory management systems and supply chain software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the logistics operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of daily activities.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving data, and other relevant metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with other business functions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with inventory management systems and supply chain software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
