Key Revenue Operations Role

We are looking for a senior manager to lead our revenue operations team in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in go-to-market strategy and quote-to-cash processes within the Enterprise Software/SaaS B2B industry.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for deal-related matters, advising on optimized contract options and deal structures to achieve the best possible outcomes for both the customer and the company. They will also hold regular sessions with sales management to identify, assess, and prioritize complex deals, ensuring accuracy of bookings forecasts.

In this role, you will represent revenue operations in weekly regional sales forecast calls and quarterly business reviews. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing special requests for non-standard business terms, ensuring reasonableness and compliance with company policies and local requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and tax, to identify acceptable contract options and facilitate deal closure. Additionally, you will develop and drive initiatives to improve productivity, operational policies, and process automation, partnering with business operations and IT.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for deal-related matters
  • Hold regular sessions with sales management to prioritize complex deals
  • Represent revenue operations in weekly regional sales forecast calls and quarterly business reviews
  • Draft and review special requests for non-standard business terms
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify acceptable contract options
  • Develop and drive initiatives to improve productivity and operational policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in revenue operations within the Enterprise Software/SaaS B2B industry
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ tools is required; Zuora, ERP, and G-Suite experience is a plus
  • Strong capability to lead and help the team prioritize during peak periods of volume and deadlines
  • Fluent Portuguese language skills are essential; fluent Spanish is considered a strong plus
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
