The Senior Account Technician is a crucial position in providing excellent administration and processing services to various departments, including underwriting, accounts, claims, credit control, and brokers/clients. This involves managing complex accounts, reviewing underwriting materials, and escalating issues as necessary.
Main Responsibilities:- Enter accurate information into IT systems, generate invoices, and produce relevant documentation.
- Monitor and reconcile premiums globally with partners, ensuring timely payment.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet performance indicators and service standards.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers, exchanging information on account-specific matters.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate or specialty insurance.
- Advanced knowledge of policy administration, including information collection, premium bookings, and cancellation.
- Good understanding of relevant products, terms, and conditions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish a plus.
- Experience working in an international environment.
