Senior Account Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Account Strategist to spearhead key client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic account plans, fostering strong partnerships and identifying new revenue streams.
  2. Represent our comprehensive product portfolio, communicating game releases and opportunities to clients.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement successful promotional campaigns.
  4. Monitor campaign performance, proactively addressing any issues and implementing improvements based on root-cause analysis.
  5. Anticipate evolving client needs, delivering tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
  6. Resolve customer concerns efficiently, leveraging problem-solving skills to drive customer satisfaction.
  7. Ensure seamless service delivery by working cross-functionally with various stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience in account management, preferably in the online B2B or iGaming sector.
  • Proven track record of building and growing client relationships in a commercial setting.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a strong asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor with flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when needed.
