Technical Expert for High-Availability Solutions

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to develop and maintain high-availability applications using Java technologies such as Spring and React.

The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills in Java and React, as well as experience with object-oriented programming, concurrency, and multithreading. Knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, and data structures is also essential.

As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to understand and translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining robust and scalable systems using sophisticated market technologies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical issues effectively and efficiently
  • Participating in the development of secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent, and well-performing
  • Designing, planning, and delivering solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with low-latency distributed systems development or electronic trading systems (OMS, Marketdata feeders, Risk engines, algos)
  • Knowledge in Brazil trading environment and business
  • Fluent Portuguese and English - Daily communication with global teams
