Leadership Opportunity

The Account Director role at eStoreLabs involves overseeing a dedicated part of the business from an operational standpoint in the Americas. This entails managing a team, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve desired objectives and maintain exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Oversee budgets and financial performance of Americas projects, presenting insights to the board.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for ecommerce development with clients and the team.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients through comprehensive analysis and understanding of their business needs.
Requirements
  • A passionate and ambitious professional with a strategic approach.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising or team management, with a focus on developing leadership skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce.
  • Experience in project management, working with eRetailers (particularly Amazon and Walmart).
  • Fluency in English - at least C1 level.
