Senior Construction Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our live studio environment projects. This role is critical to the success of our business, requiring you to oversee large-scale, high-impact projects from concept to operational go-live.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful execution across time, scope, and quality dimensions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all parties are aligned with project objectives and timelines.
  • Establish clear milestones and responsibilities, maintaining visibility and accountability throughout the project.
  • Act as a central point of coordination, driving progress and resolving roadblocks.
Project Coordination & Delivery Oversight:

You will be responsible for owning the full project lifecycle, including:

  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Establishing clear milestones and responsibilities, maintaining visibility and accountability throughout the project.
  • Acting as a central point of coordination, driving progress and resolving roadblocks.
Construction & Technical Delivery:

You will also be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of new studio builds and infrastructure projects, including:

  • Managing the setup of physical spaces, ensuring collaboration between construction, facilities, and operational teams.
  • Coordinating deployment of broadcasting systems, lighting, and other technical components.
  • Ensuring technical integration across front-end and back-end systems in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Operational Execution & Risk Management:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will also be responsible for monitoring all phases of delivery, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies early, adapting to changing requirements and priorities while maintaining focus on key deliverables, supporting compliance with internal standards, policies, and KPIs, promoting operational excellence, and contributing to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying them to future projects.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction, infrastructure, or physical environment delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Background in iGaming, broadcasting, live events, or similar industries is a strong advantage.
  • Academic background in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields is preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused with a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
