Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead (PMO) professional to drive strategic projects that support the company's growth and achievement of key objectives. This high-impact role requires strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills to lead initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with Johnson & Johnson's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that drive product portfolio optimization and business growth.
- Goal Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to ensure all projects align with corporate objectives and market demands.
- Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to measure progress, assess risks, and ensure successful project execution.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and deliver cost-effective strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with marketing, sales, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of product management strategies.
- Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and ensure product competitiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, product management, or strategic roles.
- PMO experience is a plus.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Position based in São Paulo, Brazil.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and KPI development.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certifications are advantageous.
